2.1. 2.2. Borrowing the German core-shooting machine to completely close the casing, the steel body is completely enclosed by the steel plate, and the exhaust gas is collected and treated with the exhaust dust removal system. 2.3. Combining the structural characteristics of the automatic mounting mechanism of the mold used in the Roman core making center, a very simple mold mounting and dismantling system is designed. The mold-specific automatic linking block is designed on the opening and closing mechanism, and the connecting block is pneumatically controlled. Just push the mold into the device, press the start button to install the mold (can also be manually installed, the installation method is simple, the mold is automatically positioned, and the corresponding link pin can be inserted to complete the mold installation). The mold is easy to replace, less time-consuming, labor-saving, time-saving and accurate.
2.4. The sand shooting and exhaust system adopts a new type of sand shooting and exhausting mechanism, and the sand shooting system is fixed. The two sand injection burst valves are controlled by the cylinder simultaneously, and the exhaust system has a self-cleaning device. Backflushing can be achieved when the feather sand sticks to the exhaust net. The sand shooting action is accurate and reliable, and the exhaust state is good.
2.5. The clamping clamping mechanism adopts the air lock mechanical mechanism, which can realize the small power and large clamping (compression) force work. The power consumption of the device is small and the practical effect is good.
2.6. The equipment electronic control system adopts PLC programmable controller for centralized control and adopts touch operation screen operation. The main electronic control components of the equipment are all Siemens products from Germany, which is reliable and accurate. The electronic control system has a fault self-checking function. If the device has an operation fault during the running process, the touch screen may indicate which operation part of the device has a problem. Easy to operate and maintain.
